While a dirty diet makes your life easy, you can eat low-carb by going to a fantastic local fast food restaurant and choosing a mouth-watering bun-less burger. You can also go to your favorite store and pick some processed meats and packaged foods instead of making a healthy steak with veggies serving.
This means the keto diet allows you to enjoy every flavor and different cuisines. You don’t need to spend months without eating your favorite snacks, such as pizza or burgers. (I am craving for a hot, sizzling pizza now!)

Downsides of Dirty Diet
Dirty keto can help you lose weight, but is it not healthy for you (truth is always bitter!). Many inflammatory markers increase in the body if a person on this diet takes a considerable amount of packaged food and veggie oils, which can be harmful in the long term.
Not to mention, the food you are enjoying on the lazy diet might seem tasty but don’t contain essential nutrients. It means your favorite burger is only satisfying your taste buds but not giving you the vitamins and minerals that your body craves for or requires.
